To help ensure that Dan’s Delights provides enough lunches, we recommend that registered attendees preorder lunch and pay for orders at the conference via cash or check. Lunch Menu

Dan’s Delights uses only the freshest quality products, including organic vegetables, local breads, and organic or all-natural meats. All containers are either compostable or recyclable to ensure a sustainable community.

Each menu item below is $8

Salads

Greek Lentil Salad - Lentils, tomato, cucumber, onions, and fresh dill mixed with lemon-garlic dressing

Sunflower Salad - Spring mix, shredded oven roasted chicken, roasted sunflower seed, dried cranberries, and balsamic vinaigrette

Wraps

Santa Fe Vegetable - Cream cheese, lettuce, Monterey jack cheese, tomato, red onion, jicama sticks, corn, and black beans in a flour tortilla

Thai Chicken – Shredded oven roasted chicken, spicy peanut sauce, ginger, green onion, and fresh cilantro leaves in a flour tortilla

Sandwiches

Veggie Hummus - Hummus, lettuce, onion, roasted red pepper, and sprouts on multigrain bread
