ENROLLMENT, REFUND AND & CANCELLATION POLICY. Full payment is required at time of registration. If payment is not submitted with registration form, enrollment will not be processed. Shining Mountain will not refund payment in the event of cancellation by the parent/guardian or for non-attendance. Shining Mountain reserves the right to cancel any session if a minimum number of participants do not sign up. In the event that SMWS cancels a session, your payment for that session will be fully refunded.
